- 1 medium banana (about 6 ounces) cut into ½ -inch pieces
- 2 cups (about 8 ounces) frozen whole unsweetened strawberries
- 1 cup Darigold FIT milk
- 3 tablespoons salted almond butter (see notes)
Almond butter: A little salt enhances the flavor and sweetness of this smoothie. If you have unsalted almond butter, simply add a generous pinch of salt to the blender before pureeing.
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more milk or water to achieve desired consistency. Serve immediately.
