Rolled Ice Cream Summer Party Cake

This simple and easy to make recipe is a unique take on our favorite summer treat made with Darigold FIT and Darigold Heavy Cream.

1/2 cup  Darigold FIT

1/4 cup Darigold Heavy Cream

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1/4 cup Mix ins of your choice

Instant Ice Cream Pan


  1. Start by whisking the milk, cream, salt and sugar in a bowl until combined.
  2. Pour onto the instant ice cream pan and use the spatulas given to work it down into a thin layer.
  3. Quickly sprinkle on the mix ins of your choice and begin to roll the ice cream.  Hold the spatula at a 45 degree angle for the best roll.
