Supporting our community

At Darigold, we know that we are stronger together — which is why we are so proud to support the communities in which we live, work and play. We strive to spend 1% of our EBITDA on causes that we care about with at least 16 hours of community service hours annually per at least 50% of our employees. We also proudly support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts both inside and outside our workplace. Kareema Jones below describes why she believes these efforts are so important.
