Darigold Initiates Voluntary Recall to Withdraw One Lot of Mini Half-Pint Milk Cartons Due to Potential Foreign Object

SEATTLE, September 9, 2025 – Darigold, the Seattle-based processing and marketing arm of the Northwest Dairy Association, is voluntarily recalling to withdraw one specific lot of its Darigold Mini Half-Pint fresh milk due to the potential presence of a foreign object. This action is being taken out of abundance of caution to ensure the safety and well-being of our consumers.

The affected products are as follows:

• Product name: Darigold Mini Half-Pint Milk
• Package size: Half-Pint Cartons
• Code Date: Best by 09/15 printed on the top fold of the carton
• Item Numbers: 340057, 340076, 340103, 340950, 340021, 340044
• Distributed to: Dairy Fresh Farms, Dairy Valley District, Medosweet Farms, Peterkin Anchorage, Spring Valley Dairy, and Spring Brook Farm

No injuries or illnesses have been reported, and Darigold is actively working with regulators to complete a thorough investigation.

Customers who have purchased the affected product are urged not to consume it and to return it to the distributor or dispose of the product for a full refund or product replacement.
