Egg Nog Custard Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon rum flavoring
- 2 cups Darigold Egg Nog
- 8-inch unbaked pie shell
- Nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients, except nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Bake in hot oven, 450°, for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350° and bake 30-35 minutes longer or until set.
