- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Darigold Butter, melted
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Sour Cream Honey Mustard for dipping (optional)
Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch squares. Dip chicken into butter and then into bread crumb, Parmesan, salt, mixture. Bake 10 minutes on each side (20 minutes total) in a 400° oven.
These can be served hot or cold.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
