Frozen Egg Nog Custard
INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Darigold Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Darigold Egg Nog
- Nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat egg white to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Whip whipping cream. Fold with egg white into egg nog. Add light sprinkling of nutmeg. Pour into freezer tray and place in freezer. Stir frequently until mixture holds shape, then freeze until firm. Garnish servings with whipped whipping cream and chocolate shavings.
