Cottage Fudge Nut Cookies



  • 1 cup Darigold cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted Darigold butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
  • Powdered sugar


Blend cottage cheese, butter and egg in medium bowl. Add brownie mix and nuts; stir until blended. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Form into 1-inch balls (a small ice cream scoop works well). Roll balls in powdered sugar and place on greased cookie sheed. Bake at 350°F 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
