Cottage Breakfast Topper
- 1 cup Darigold Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, blueberries, apricots)
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
Combine all ingredients; mix to blend well. Top a bowl of oatmeal with 1/4 cup of mixture; spread over a toasted bagel or English muffin.
RECIPE YIELD/SERVING SIZE
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
