- 1 pound Darigold Butter, softened
- 1/2 pound cranberries, grated or chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Darigold Buttermilk
- to taste grated rind of 1 orange
- to taste grated rind of 1 lemon
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
