Darigold monitors consumer perceptions of Darigold’s brand. We also review social media for questions and comments from consumers. Examples of CSR-related questions received over a six-month period include: Ingredient and processing related questions, including whether a particular product is plant- or animal-based and inquiries about live cultures in cottage cheese; Farm questions such as cow care, calf treatment, cow food (grass and corn), GMOs, rBST and antibiotics; Worker safety and working conditions; Environmental and sustainability efforts.
