We are proud to offer our employees a benefits package that supports their needs in and out of work. The below plans may be available based on employment eligibility.

401(K): Darigold offers a generous match and non-matching 401(k) contribution of up to 9%

HEALTH & WELLNESS (MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION): We offer two Medical plans. Both plans include free preventive care and extensive choices of Preferred Providers, including virtual care, and two dental plans. Both options provide 100% preventive coverage with one option including adult and child orthodontia. We also offer a comprehensive vision plan.

• HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA): Darigold offers a free HSA for eligible employees enrolling in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a generous employer contribution.
• FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA): Set aside pre-tax dollars to cover eligible medical or dependent care expenses.
• SHORT & LONG TERM DISABILITY: Short and long-term disability coverage is provided at no cost to you to replace a portion of your income in the event you’re disabled and unable to work.
• LIFE INSURANCE: Darigold covers eligible employees for Life and AD&D Insurance in the amount of 1.5x annual salary up to $250,000. Coverage is also available for buy-up, subject to medical underwriting.
• VOLUNTARY ACCIDENT AND CRITICAL ILLNESS: Voluntary Accidental Injury and Critical Illness plans offer additional financial protection to help with out-of-pocket costs from an unexpected accident or illness.

PAID TIME OFF (PTO): Eligible employees accrue PTO to cover vacation, sick and personal leave, based on tenure, and paid holidays.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: Darigold offers financial support to help further your education.

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE: Benefits-eligible employees can receive up to 8 weeks paid parental leave.

COMMUTER FRIENDLY: Seattle employees are eligible for a free ORCA pass. Vanpool and ride share subsidies are available. This program may not be available in all cities.

JUST IN CASE: Darigold partners with Health Advocate to provide an additional resource to assist in making benefit selections that best suit your needs, claims support and questions around accessing care.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP): 24/7 access to tools and resources to help support needs in and out of work.
