Darigold is the forth largest dairy cooperative in the United States based on milk volume, and one of the largest privately held organizations headquartered in the state of Washington - thanks to dedicated producers and employees.

Many of our member-owners, who manage herds as small as 50 cows and as large as 20,000, are multi-generation dairy producers.  They take enormous pride in their modern dairy operations, as evidenced by the quality of their cows' milk.  Darigold employees are equally passionate about our products, and they work in a culture of teamwork and employee involvement.  From the farm to our customers' delivery docks, our people bring dedication and creative energy to continually improve our operations and products.
